TERMS & CONDITIONS SUMMARY

By booking with Vanta Black Transportation, the person whose payment method is used (“Booking Party”) accepts full financial responsibility for the reservation and all passengers.

Billing & Charges
A 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due prior to service. A 20% gratuity is included. The card on file may be charged for overages, damages, cleaning fees, or policy violations.

Cleaning & Damage
Excessive messes, spills, bodily fluids, smoking, or damage will result in cleaning or repair charges ranging from $150–$500+.

Drugs, Alcohol & Smoking
Illegal drugs and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Passenger Conduct
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of service.

Overages & Wait Time
Time beyond your scheduled reservation is billed automatically.

Lost Items
Vanta Black Transportation is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Seating Capacity
Sprinter: 14 passengers max
Escalade: 6 passengers max

Cancellation Policy
• 7+ days prior: Full refund
• Under 7 days but 24+ hours prior: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Billing

The Booking Party agrees to pay all charges in full by the stated due date. Any payment not received within three (3) calendar days after the due date will incur a 10% late fee, with an additional 10% per week applied until paid in full.

Any declined, returned, or missing payment may result in administrative fees and suspension of future services.

The Booking Party authorizes Vanta Black Transportation to charge the payment method on file for all amounts owed, including base fare, overages, wait time, cleaning fees, damages, penalties, administrative fees, collection costs, and chargeback fees.

2. Cleaning

The Booking Party is financially responsible for any condition requiring professional cleaning, including but not limited to excessive trash, spills, bodily fluids, food residue, dirt, sand, debris, smoke odor, or misuse of the vehicle.

Cleaning fees typically range from $150 to $500, depending on severity, and will be charged to the payment method on file immediately following the trip.

3. Damages

The Booking Party assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused by the Booking Party or any passenger to the vehicle, interior, exterior, seating, electronics, accessories, or installed equipment.

Repair and replacement costs will be charged at actual cost. Vanta Black Transportation may select professional repair vendors at its discretion. Loss-of-use fees may apply if the vehicle is rendered unavailable for service.

4. Drugs & Alcohol

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in all vehicles at all times.

Alcohol consumption is permitted only where lawful and must not interfere with passenger safety or driver operation.

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service without refund, additional cleaning or damage charges, and notification of authorities if required by law.

5. Lost Items

Vanta Black Transportation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings.

Any recovery or return assistance provided is a courtesy only and not guaranteed.

6. Miscellaneous

Vanta Black Transportation reserves the right to substitute vehicles when necessary and to adjust routes or driving decisions for safety, legality, or efficiency.

The Company is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, accidents, mechanical issues, law enforcement, governmental actions, acts of God, or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Overages & Wait Times

All service time is tracked using internal digital time-logging systems, GPS data, and driver records.

Time exceeding the scheduled reservation is billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.

Wait time beyond applicable grace periods is billed in 15-minute increments at the prorated hourly rate.

Overage and wait time charges are automatically calculated and charged to the payment method on file upon trip completion. Billing records, timestamps, and driver logs constitute valid proof of service.

8. Passenger Behavior

Passengers must behave in a lawful, safe, and respectful manner at all times.

Aggressive, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior—including interference with vehicle operation or standing while the vehicle is in motion—will not be tolerated.

The driver may terminate service immediately if passenger behavior compromises safety or violates Company policies. No refunds will be issued.

9. Seating Capacity

Maximum seating capacity is strictly enforced for safety and legal compliance:

Exceeding vehicle capacity is prohibited and may result in immediate service termination without refund.

10. Smoking

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all vehicles, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, marijuana, or similar products.

Violations may result in a $250–$500 professional cleaning fee, repair costs, loss-of-use charges, immediate service termination, and denial of future bookings. All charges will be billed to the payment method on file.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT & DISPUTE NOTICE

By booking service or allowing a payment method to be used, the Booking Party / Cardholder confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and accepts full financial responsibility for all charges and violations, regardless of which passenger caused them.

Disputes must be submitted in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of trip completion. The Booking Party agrees that digital time logs, GPS records, driver reports, photographs, invoices, and internal documentation constitute valid proof of service and authorization.
