What areas do you service?

Austin and surrounding Central Texas. Extended travel is available upon request.

Is there an additional fee for pickups or drop-offs outside Austin?

Yes. If your pickup or drop-off location is more than 25 miles from 6th Street & Congress Avenue in Central Austin, an additional per-mile fee will apply.

Do rates increase during holidays or major events?

Yes. Expect a 20% increase in hourly rates on holidays and during certain major events in the Austin area.

Do you offer multiple-day bookings?

Yes. For multiple-day bookings, extended travel, tours, or custom transportation needs, please contact us directly at jonathan@vantablk.com for availability and custom pricing.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially for weekends and events. Limited same-day availability may be possible.

Is this a rideshare service?

No. VANTA BLK is a private, professionally chauffeured transportation service.

Who will be driving?

An experienced, discreet professional driver with a City of Austin chauffeur permit and extensive knowledge of Austin and the surrounding areas.

Are your vehicles blacked out?

Yes. All vehicles feature privacy tinting.

Do you offer airport transportation?

Yes. Flight tracking is included for on-time arrivals and pickups.

Is gratuity included?

No. Gratuity is not included and is left to the discretion of the client.

Is a deposit required?

No. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Can I make changes after booking?

Yes. Our concierge support team is available 24/7 to assist when possible.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol is permitted where lawful and responsibly managed by adults of legal drinking age.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.

How many passengers can each vehicle hold?

Sprinter: up to 14 passengers. Escalade: up to 6 passengers.

Do you provide Wi-Fi and charging?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi and USB / USB-C charging are available.

Are multiple stops allowed?

Yes. Multiple stops are allowed within your booked time frame.

What happens if we exceed our scheduled time?

Additional time is billed automatically at the applicable hourly rate.

Do you transport families and children?

Yes. Families and children are welcome.

Do you provide car seats?

No. VANTA BLK does not provide car seats. Clients traveling with children who require a car seat must provide their own.

What is your cancellation policy?

7+ days before service: Full refund. Under 7 days but 24+ hours before service: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before service: No refund.

Are your vehicles insured?

Yes. All vehicles are commercially insured and compliant.
